Appointments

Standard appointment times are 15 minutes although longer appointments are available if necessary,
If you do require a longer appointment please let reception know when booking.
Please notify reception staff of any change in your contact details

Telephone Access

GP’s in the practice may be contacted during normal surgery hours. If the GP is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise that the GP will return your call as soon as available. Your call will always be put through in an emergency.

Getting Results

Your doctor will advise when your results will be back. Please make an appointment with reception for a follow up appointment.

Reminders are conducted for various conditions and reasons. Consent is obtained from patients prior to placing them on a proactive reminder system, and this includes National and State based reminder registers.

Fees:

A fee of $10 is charged for phone requests for prescription, reprint of referrals, pathology/xray referrals

All our patients records are kept private and confidential, we abide by all State and Federal Legislation in relation to the Privacy Act.

Customer Feedback and Complaint Forms

It is our policy to have a Client Feedback Survey Form to fill out to gain information to improve service to you and also a Complaint Form, any complaints will be dealt by the Chief Executive Officer.
